The O'Dochartaigh Association is a volunteer run organization with a decentralized governing board of up to 15 directors who elect a president, vice-president(s), treasurer and secretary(ies) as officers of the corporation.

Each director is a chairperson or co-chairperson on a committee (work team) that dynamically leads that team to accomplish their goals, pulls support from and assists other work teams, as well as brings the needs of their team to other directors and officers.

The talents of every member are focused on discovering our roots, every ancestor and our family stories.  Along the way we hope to acquaint distant cousins and find living descendents in the beautiful and magestic country called Ireland.
