Bylaws are not such a nuiasance or so boring.  You should take a look at them when they are ready for download. 

 

The thoughts, desires and hopes of all of us for this association are contained in this document.  Because we've takent the time to think about who we are, what we'd like to do, how we ought to be organized and what safe guards to include, we should be able to get down to work.  Because of the Bylaws that work should go smoother, the members more at home, the leaders more knowledgable and everyone more proud and caring towards each other.

 

This document will make us a team and help assure us of a long and fruitful life.  Let's safeguard it.  Let's often refer to its wisdom.  Let's

keep it flawless and sharp.  Let's commit to following it.

 

After the Bylaws are written, we will register ourselves as a Not-for-Porfit Organization and then follow its principals, of which first will be the swearing in of our due-paying members.  Upon such time we will also begin our search for leaders and members wishing to serve on a committee.
